This article explains how to manage the integration filters in OneConnect.  Note the direction of arrows for data movement & filters.  For each integration, there are two columns of available filters.  System 1 --> System 2 and System 2 --> System 1.  Each of the mapped entities will show.  To manage the mappings, first go to the mappings page.  Then, come back to the filters page.

OneConnect March 1st - March 28th, 2019 Release Notes

March 28th release contains quite a few enhancements which applies to the following integration, PjO to VSTS, PjO to ServiceNow, and PjO to JIRA.  The other enhancements are for the admin page admin users have more power to configure each integration.  The new features include the ability to view Date/Time of tenants based on their time zone, ability to assign a owner to a specific integration and others.  One bug was pushed to prod to address first user's receives an error when logging into the integration for the first time.

OneConnect February 1st - February 28th, 2019 Release Notes

This release of OneConnect is packed with series of new enhancements to existing integration and a couple bug fix.  There are enhancements that help with performance when a user is performing a sync in OneAnalytics to SQL Server in additional new strategies were added which allows user to sync different data types into SQL Server and as well as delete specific projects from the database that was deleted in Project Online.  Additional OneConnect enhancements for OnePlan to PjO was added to this release as well.  Features such as being able to populate custom user fields on update/create of a plan in OnePlan.

This release of OneConnect is packed series of bug fixes and new enhancements to existing integration.  There was a enhancement that help with performance when a user is performing a sync.  The sync time has been reduced by half.

Project Status Reports App

The Project Status report goes into detailed analysis of one focused project at a time.  Dive into project details with separate page tabs for project schedule, costs, work, resource plan, issues, risks, and more.  The OnePPM apps have separate page tabs to report of project-workspace data.  Apps include Financials, Benefits, Deliverables, Test Cases, Lesson Learned, Status Reports, and more.  This report will typically be seen by project managers who will view and analyze a single project's health, status, etc. This Project Status Reports App page is tied to the OnePPM Status Reports app, which allows for reporting from the project workspace for the selected project.  The Status Reports app page shows current health status of the project, in addition to time-phased status & activity details each time the status report is saved.  Details include accomplished activities, planned activities, and additional comments. This report page requires OneAnalytics.
